For fats how to loose the fats with the help of medicines

My total sleep time is not more than 3-4 hours in 24 hours ... I always avoid to take any tranqulizer... Please suggest something.

History:- Long back when I was almost 16years old I was hit by a ball at the same place, I have done x-ray many times and it shows a little hole in the same place. My ortho told me that I have the infection and it’s not increasing so ain’t any problem.
